Senior Analyst, MCA & Process Management AI Innovation

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to design and implement a robust Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA) / RCSA framework. You will lead AI-enabled improvements across MCA and Process Management, driving efficiency, quality, and broader coverage of control testing.

You will govern AI tooling, collaborate with Citi teams, and support attestations, reporting, and risk remediation. A strong controls background and stakeholder engagement at senior levels are essential.
