Senior Analyst, Real Estate

LPPI (Local Pensions Partnership Investments) is hiring a Senior Analyst, Real Estate to join its Real Estate team, supporting origination, underwriting, monitoring, reporting, and portfolio management of Real Estate investments across funds, co-investments, and direct assets. The role carries greater ownership than Analyst level, contributing to investment workstreams and decision-making, and bridges junior and senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management & Reporting

• Support portfolio construction and ongoing asset class management via quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Monitor performance, risk exposures and cashflows, escalating key issues
• Contribute to asset class reviews, quarterly reporting, and client materials with independent analysis

Investment Underwriting & Monitoring

• Support and contribute to underwriting and monitoring of investments across funds, co-investments, and direct real estate assets

Work Arrangement

Hybrid, mix of office and home working.
