About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking architectural practice based in Manchester , is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Architect to take on a Project Lead role. Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, providing architectural expertise and guidance throughout all project phases.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction from inception to completion.
• Develop and present design proposals, leading on design strategy and execution.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed design drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
• Ensure compliance with planning regulations, building codes, and project specific requirements.
• Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with RIBA or equivalent professional registration.
• A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in leading and delivering architectural projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing project teams and client relations.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and presentation software.
• Strong understanding of the UK architectural procurement and construction process.
