About the Role
Our client, a forward-thinking architectural practice based in Manchester , is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Architect to take on a Project Lead role. This position offers the chance to manage and deliver diverse projects, from initial client engagement through to project completion, with a focus on innovative design and sustainable development. You will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring design quality, managing client relationships, and overseeing project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams, providing architectural expertise and guidance throughout all project phases.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction from inception to completion.
- Develop and present design proposals, leading on design strategy and execution.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed design drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
- Ensure compliance with planning regulations, building codes, and project specific requirements.
- Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Architect with RIBA or equivalent professional registration.
- A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in leading and delivering architectural projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing project teams and client relations.
- Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and presentation software.
- Strong understanding of the UK architectural procurement and construction process.
