• Stay abreast of the latest research, innovations, and regulations in sustainable architecture and construction.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and design documentation that clearly articulate sustainable design proposals and benefits.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in sustainable design.
• In-depth knowledge of green building principles, energy modeling, and environmental assessment tools.
• Experience with certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, or Passivhaus.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software, with an understanding of how to integrate sustainability data.
