About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Senior Architect to join their esteemed practice in Coventry . This role is central to leading design innovation, project management, and client liaison across a variety of challenging projects. You will be responsible for guiding design teams from concept through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of architectural quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from inception to handover, ensuring creative vision and technical feasibility.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and foster strong working relationships.
• Oversee the production of high-quality architectural drawings, specifications, and BIM models .
• Ensure compliance with all relevant planning permissions, building regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Mentor junior architects and technologists, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with extensive experience, evidenced by a strong portfolio of diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and other relevant architectural software is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in leading design teams and managing complex architectural projects.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, planning law, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
