About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly accomplished and creative Senior Architect to join their innovative, fully remote design studio. This leadership role involves guiding design concepts from inception to completion, ensuring architectural integrity, technical excellence, and client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff, managing project timelines, and collaborating with a dispersed team of professionals to deliver groundbreaking architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development process for significant architectural projects, from conceptualization through to detailed design and construction administration.
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings, renderings , and presentations for client meetings and regulatory submissions.
- Mentor and manage junior architectural staff, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adherence to design standards.
- Coordinate effectively with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other project stakeholders to achieve integrated design solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, planning regulations, and sustainability standards for UK projects .
Requirements
- Registered Architect with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and design visualization software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and contract administration in the UK.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills, adept at remote collaboration.
