Senior Architect

Senior Architect Location: Oxfordshire Salary: £45-50,000

I am working with a RIBA Chartered Practice based in Oxfordshire. The practice is a well-respected, medium-sized team who work across a broad and varied portfolio, from homeowner extensions and refurbishments to new-build homes, self-builds, developer schemes, and commercial projects.

The Role

• Produce architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or Enscape
• Lead projects from concept and planning through to completion
• Take ownership of the quality of your own work with limited management oversight
• Take the lead on projects and manage project teams as required
• Contribute as a collaborative, engaged member of the team

Requirements

• ARB-registered Architect with strong post-Part III experience
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality design and technical ability
• Proficiency in AutoCAD essential; experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Background in bespoke residential and heritage/conservation work preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A detail-oriented, proactive mindset and strong time management skills
