Senior Architect

Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architect looking to progress into an Associate role, or an existing Associate, to join a growing architectural team in a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy's London office.

This is a particularly exciting opportunity for someone who wants to help establish and shape a London architecture team, working closely with two other established offices.

The business already has secured projects and a strong pipeline across London and the Southeast, so you won't be expected to bring in work.

Instead, you'll play a key role in developing the architectural presence in London, with plans to grow the team to around 5-7 people over the next 2-3 years. At the moment the London office has 18 staff.

The role would suit a confident Senior Architect ready for the next step, or an experienced Associate looking for a new challenge.

• £50,000-£55,000 initially, potentially up to £60,000 depending on experience

Healthcare experience would be highly beneficial, with the wider portfolio predominantly focused on low- to medium-density residential. High-rise experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
