Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead key projects within their established practice in Cardiff . You will take ownership of designs from initial concept through to project completion, managing client relationships and guiding a team of architectural staff. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for a variety of projects, from conceptualisation to final handover.
- Manage and mentor junior architectural staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Develop strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring project objectives are met.
- Oversee the preparation of planning applications and building regulations submissions, liaising with local authorities.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards throughout the design and construction phases.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Architect with extensive post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and other relevant architectural software.
- In-depth knowledge of UK planning laws and building regulations applicable to Cardiff and Wales.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
