Our client, a prestigious architectural firm based in Cardiff , is seeking a dedicated and talented Senior Architectural Assistant to join their vibrant team. You will contribute to the design and development of significant projects, working closely with experienced architects and technologists. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of architectural designs, producing detailed drawings, models, and presentations.
- Utilize Revit and other CAD software to create and manage project documentation.
- Contribute to the preparation of planning applications and building regulation submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project coordination and compliance.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and gather necessary information for design development.
- Support the project architect in all aspects of project delivery and client liaison.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Architectural Assistant or similar role within an architectural practice.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential, along with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working towards or holding RIBA Part II qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of UK planning and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for architectural design and construction.
