About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team in Plymouth . This role is pivotal in leading design development for a range of exciting projects, from conceptualization through to detailed design documentation. You will work closely with clients and project managers, translating visions into compelling visual and technical designs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for architectural projects, developing innovative concepts and detailed designs.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, renderings, and design documentation for client review.
• Coordinate with consultants and technical teams to ensure design integration and constructability.
• Ensure designs comply with planning permissions, building regulations, and client requirements.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the studio's creative output and technical standards.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field, with substantial professional experience.
• Proven experience in leading design development for various project types.
• Strong proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion).
• Excellent understanding of architectural principles, design aesthetics, and construction methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
