Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation and development of architectural designs for a range of project types.
• Produce detailed design drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renderings for client presentations and internal reviews.

• Research and integrate sustainable design principles and innovative materials into projects.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design talent.
• Proficiency in design and visualisation software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong understanding of design principles, aesthetics, and architectural trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
