About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation and development of high-calibre architectural designs.
• Oversee the preparation of design documentation, including concept designs, master plans, and presentations.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to realise ambitious design goals.
• Mentor and guide junior design staff, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.
• Ensure design proposals align with client objectives, project budgets, and site contexts.
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in architectural design, with a portfolio demonstrating significant design leadership.
• Expert proficiency in Rhino , Grasshopper, and advanced rendering software.
• Strong understanding of architectural theory, history, and contemporary design practice.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
