About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join their prestigious practice in London . This role is pivotal in leading design conceptualization and development for a range of exciting new-build and refurbishment projects across commercial, residential, and cultural sectors. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual and functional aspects of future developments, working within a collaborative team environment that fosters innovation and design excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design process, developing innovative architectural solutions from initial brief through to detailed design.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, visualizations, and presentations using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
• Conduct site analyses and research to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior design staff, fostering a culture of design excellence and shared learning.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively articulating the design vision and rationale.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in leading the design of complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams and clients.
