About the Role

Our client seeks a highly creative and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to lead design development for exciting new projects in Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK . Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design schemes for a variety of project types.
• Create high-quality visualisations, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas.
• Lead design coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and project budgets.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in architectural design, materials, and technology.
• Oversee the technical detailing and documentation process to ensure design integrity.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design discipline.
• Significant professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative flair.
• Expertise in design software such as SketchUp , Rhino, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Revit for design development and documentation is essential.
• Excellent understanding of architectural principles, spatial planning, and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design intent effectively.
