About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Architectural Designer to join their reputable practice in Norwich . This role involves leading design development for a variety of exciting projects, ensuring high aesthetic quality and technical feasibility. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and the internal team to bring architectural visions to life. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative flair, excellent technical skills, and a proven ability to manage design processes effectively within a team-oriented office environment. This is a key role for a designer looking to make a significant impact on challenging and rewarding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through to detailed design, ensuring high standards of architectural quality.
• Develop innovative design solutions and prepare detailed drawings, visualisations , and presentations.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other specialists to ensure integrated design.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet design deadlines.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their requirements and present design proposals.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and visualisation software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and technical competence.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
