About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive technical drawings , 3D models, and construction documentation using industry-standard software.
• Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, planning policies, and relevant UK construction standards .
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle via digital communication channels.
• Conduct site visits and technical surveys as required, adapting to a remote-first operational model.
• Manage and mentor junior technologists, providing guidance on technical detailing and problem-solving.
• Oversee the technical aspects of construction phases, ensuring adherence to design intent and specifications.

  Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations across the UK.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment .
• Relevant degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects from inception to handover.
