Senior Architectural Technologist – Hybrid Net‑Zero Lead

Bridgend County Borough Council in Wales is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join the Major Projects Team and lead design and technical delivery on a range of schemes including schools and childcare facilities.

You will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, manage design teams, ensure CDM compliance, and focus on net zero principles across projects delivered under JCT contracts. Hybrid/remote working is available with in-person office and site visits as required.
