Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Ensure all designs comply with current UK building regulations, planning policies, and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and technical surveys as required to inform design development.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technologists and design teams.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit , and other relevant architectural software.
• Thorough understanding of UK building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
