About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop intricate technical drawings, construction details, and specifications using Revit and other relevant software.
• Collaborate remotely with project architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to resolve design issues and coordinate services.
• Conduct site visits virtually or as required to assess progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Manage and coordinate the production of all technical documentation for planning applications and building regulations submissions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technologists and contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting standards and workflows.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of BIM principles.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with remote project stakeholders.
