Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical design packages, including detailed drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with relevant UK building regulations, planning policies, and technical standards.
• Liaise with design teams, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the technical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct site investigations and technical problem-solving during the construction phase.
• Advise on material selection, construction methods, and sustainable building practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role.
• Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of BIM processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations, construction contracts, and procurement routes.
• Excellent technical detailing and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, suitable for a hybrid work environment.
