About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to enhance their design and technical delivery capabilities in Belfast . This role is crucial for translating architectural designs into buildable reality, ensuring technical accuracy, and managing the production of detailed construction information. You will play a key part in a busy architectural practice, contributing to a diverse range of projects across Northern Ireland . Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction projects.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations, standards, and legislation.
• Manage the technical aspects of projects from inception through to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Utilize BIM software to create and manage detailed models.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Substantial experience as an Architectural Technologist , preferably in a senior capacity.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant CAD/BIM software.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, and UK building codes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a project team and manage technical documentation.
