Senior Architectural Technologist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team in the heart of London . You will play a key role in ensuring the technical feasibility and regulatory compliance of diverse architectural projects, from initial design stages through to construction oversight. Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, BIM models , and construction documentation using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design issues and ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, inspect work, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Review and process contractor submittals, respond to site queries, and manage variations orders.
• Ensure all designs comply with current building regulations, standards, and relevant legislation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist , with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical detailing and project delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit, and other relevant architectural software.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work stages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
