About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their prestigious firm in the heart of London . Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and building information models (BIM) for large-scale architectural projects.
- Coordinate with external consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, resolving any technical queries that arise.
- Mentor junior technologists and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical design processes and standards.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, planning permissions, and the client's specific project requirements throughout the design and construction phases.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist , with a proven track record in delivering complex projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software, along with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant design software.
- In-depth understanding of UK building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent technical detailing skills and the ability to produce high-quality construction documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
