looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a
Senior Assembler
to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business based in Fareham. This is a hands-on role working on a variety of complex assemblies, including cable assemblies, IPCs, servers, racks, and other electro-mechanical products. You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality builds are completed on time and to customer specifications. The Senior Assembler Role
Assembly of IPCs, servers, racks, and electro-mechanical products to engineering drawings and specifications Build and modification of cable assemblies using approved tools and techniques Crimping, soldering, wiring, and cable termination to IPC standards Reading and interpreting technical drawings, work instructions, and customer requirements Identifying and highlighting any build issues, drawing discrepancies, or instruction errors What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an Assembly, Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Wiring, or Production Technician role Strong cable assembly, crimping, soldering, and wiring experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions High attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment What's on Offer?
