Senior Assistant Manager – Hospitality (Pub & Brasserie)

Heartwood Collection is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead hospitality operations across our live- environment venues. You will manage floor service, train staff, and support the General Manager with admin and scheduling, ensuring consistent guest experiences.

We value a real people person with 2–3 years in branded hospitality, confident leadership, and a track record of delivering great service. This is a 48-hour week role with strong development opportunities and staff-focused rewards.
