Senior Associate & EL/PL Team Lead (Hybrid)

Simpson Millar is seeking a Senior Associate or Team Leader to join our busy Multi Track EL/PL team. You will lead the team, manage your own caseload and help deliver high quality legal services while meeting financial targets.

You will mentor colleagues, drive performance, ensure compliance, and contribute to business development across offices in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol, Cardiff or London. The role supports hybrid working with office attendance requirements.
