Senior Associate Director, Living Valuations

CBRE's Living valuations team in London seeks an Associate Director who will lead valuation and reporting for core assets, oversee reports, and mentor junior staff, with collaboration with Hyderabad and London teams to deliver high-quality valuations.

You will supervise QA, conduct DCF models, support client relationships, and contribute to business development across Living sectors, including Build to Rent, PBSA, and Co-Living.
