Job Title: Senior Associate - Hedge Funds/Credit Funds – Elite US law firm

Salary: £280,000-£320,000

PQE Level: 4-6 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-Time

Firm: Our longstanding client, an elite US law firm with a large global footprint, is going from strength to strength with an impressive funds practice.

Role

• Fund formation and fundraising
• Negotiating managed account structures and relevant regulatory matters
• Advising institutional investors and LPs on investments into funds and managed accounts

Successful candidate

• 4-6 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Must have hedge fund and credit fund experience gained within a comparable US, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle firm in the UK
• Excellent academics
