A leading Law Firm in Guildford is looking for a Senior Associate to join its expanding Corporate Team. Offering hybrid working, a competitive salary and excellent benefits, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor.
Candidates must be a qualified UK Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE and strong experience across corporate matters, particularly M&A. You should also have experience managing transactions from start to finish and supervising junior colleagues.
