Senior Assurance Lead & Chief Audit Executive (Hybrid)

Tameside Council is seeking a Senior Assurance Lead / Chief Audit Executive to drive the assurance and governance agenda from Ashton-under-Lyme. You will lead internal audit, risk, counter fraud, insurance and business continuity while guiding major transformation initiatives.

Reporting to the Strategic Director of Finance, you will influence senior leadership, strengthen assurance frameworks and enable better resident outcomes through a modern, trusted advisory function.
