About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and solutions to protect vehicle systems and data. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and architectures for automotive systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155).
• Identify potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities in vehicle networks, ECUs, and software components through threat modeling and risk assessments.
• Design and implement security measures, including encryption, authentication, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure communication protocols.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to integrate security controls throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct security testing, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments to validate the effectiveness of security measures.
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies relevant to the automotive industry and provide expert guidance.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, with a significant focus on automotive applications.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, network security, cryptography, and secure coding practices.
• Proven experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, Automotive Ethernet) and their security implications.
• Familiarity with automotive cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills, with excellent remote collaboration capabilities.
