About the Role

Our client is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Automotive Data Analyst to join their fully remote global team. This role is critical in transforming vast amounts of automotive data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for developing sophisticated data models, performing complex analyses, and presenting findings to key stakeholders across engineering, product development, and marketing departments. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various automotive sources, including telematics, manufacturing, and market research.

• Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track automotive market trends, customer behavior, and product performance.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to privacy regulations across all analyses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a significant focus on the automotive industry .
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, or SQL.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and experimental design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying technical information clearly.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
