About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive maintenance, vehicle performance optimization, and driver behavior analysis.
• Analyze large, complex datasets from vehicle sensors, telematics, and manufacturing lines to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of new features or process changes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to define data-driven strategies and solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Derby .

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on automotive or IoT data.
