Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced remote diagnostics on vehicle electronic control units (ECUs) and complex automotive systems.

• Develop and document comprehensive diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting guides for remote support teams.
• Collaborate closely with software development teams to report bugs and suggest improvements for diagnostic tools and firmware.
• Provide remote technical support and guidance to field service technicians and customer support personnel.
• Stay abreast of the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Diagnostic Technician or similar role, with a strong emphasis on electronic systems.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, CAN bus protocols, and diagnostic software.
• Proficiency in using remote diagnostic tools and telematics platforms .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical findings and solutions remotely.
• Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., ASE) are highly desirable.
