Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, power distribution, and electronic control units (ECUs).
• Perform electrical schematic design, circuit analysis, and component selection for automotive applications.
• Develop and execute test plans for electrical components and systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues during development, testing, and production phases.
• Mentor junior electrical engineers and provide technical guidance on projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive electrical engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical architectures, power electronics, and control systems.
• Proficiency with electrical design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, PSpice) and simulation software.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, FlexRay) and diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
