Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems, such as chassis, powertrain, or suspension.
• Perform complex engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis (e.g., FEA, CFD) to validate designs.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, manufacturing, and testing departments.
• Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation processes, documenting results thoroughly.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical problem-solving within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in automotive mechanical design and development.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS).
• In-depth knowledge of material science, manufacturing processes, and automotive standards.
• Experience with DFMEA and DFM practices.
