Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of automotive mechanical components and systems, from concept to production.
- Perform complex engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and vibration analysis, using FEA tools.
- Develop and execute rigorous testing plans for prototypes and production parts, ensuring performance and durability standards are met.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure designs are feasible for mass production.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in the automotive field.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Significant professional experience (7+ years) as an Automotive Mechanical Engineer , with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expertise in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and CAE tools for simulation and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive subsystems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to lead engineering projects and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
