Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and calibration of automotive powertrain systems (ICE, hybrid, EV).
• Perform complex simulations and analyses of powertrain components and performance.
• Develop and execute validation test plans, including bench testing and vehicle testing.
• Collaborate with suppliers to select and integrate powertrain components.
• Analyze performance data and emissions results to optimize powertrain efficiency and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on powertrain technology.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in automotive powertrain design, development, and calibration.
• Expertise in internal combustion engines, electric vehicle powertrains, or hybrid systems.
• Proficiency with simulation tools (e.g., GT-SUITE, MATLAB/Simulink) and data acquisition systems.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and control systems.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
