About the Role

Our client in Coventry is looking for a professional and customer-focused Senior Automotive Service Advisor to manage the customer service desk within their busy dealership. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle drop-off to collection. Key Responsibilities
