Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable software architectures for in-vehicle systems and connected car platforms.
- Develop and test embedded software for automotive ECUs, adhering to strict coding standards and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, systems architects, and product managers to define software requirements and specifications.
- Integrate and validate software components, ensuring seamless operation within the vehicle's electronic ecosystem.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes within a remote environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues in simulated and real-world automotive scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development , with a significant focus on the automotive industry .
- Proficiency in C/C++, and experience with embedded systems programming.
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
- Experience with software development tools and methodologies, including version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fully remote team setting.
