Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, real-time embedded software for automotive control units using C/C++.
• Implement and optimize software components for various vehicle systems, including infotainment, ADAS, and powertrain.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and system architects to define software requirements and interfaces.
• Conduct thorough unit testing , integration testing, and system testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews , static analysis, and other quality assurance activities to maintain high coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues reported from testing or field deployments, providing timely resolutions.
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of software development processes and toolchains, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Document software designs, requirements, and test procedures meticulously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in embedded software development, specifically within the automotive industry .
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages, with a strong understanding of embedded systems concepts.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and protocols like AUTOSAR.
• Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded development tools.
• Experience with software debugging, tracing, and analysis tools on target hardware.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
