Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, real-time software for automotive applications, focusing on infotainment systems , advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), and vehicle control units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers, to define software requirements and architecture.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as C++, Python, or Ada, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Implement and optimize software for embedded systems, considering constraints such as memory, processing power, and real-time performance.
• Conduct thorough unit testing , integration testing, and debugging to ensure software reliability and safety.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies within a remote setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in automotive software development, with a strong understanding of embedded systems.
• Proficiency in C++ or Python and experience with automotive communication protocols like CAN, LIN, or Ethernet.
• Familiarity with automotive software development lifecycles (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262).
• Experience with software development tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
