Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded software for automotive control units and infotainment systems, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
- Implement and optimize algorithms for vehicle dynamics, driver assistance systems, and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, systems architects, and testing specialists, to define software requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct thorough software testing , debugging, and performance analysis to ensure reliability and efficiency in diverse automotive environments.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance, utilizing agile methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex software challenges, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in embedded software development, specifically within the automotive industry .
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages and experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet) and diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and software development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for automotive technology, coupled with strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
