Senior Automotive Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures for automotive electronic control units (ECUs) and systems.
• Design and build test rigs and setups using relevant hardware and software tools.
• Perform functional, performance, stress, and integration testing of automotive components.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and generate comprehensive test reports.
• Collaborate with design and development engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ensure testing activities comply with automotive industry standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive testing and validation.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems and automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Proficiency with test automation tools and techniques.
• Experience in data acquisition and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
