Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures for automotive components and systems.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate various testing equipment, including environmental chambers, vibration tables, and engine test benches.
• Execute tests according to defined plans, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Analyze test data, interpret results, and prepare detailed technical reports with findings and recommendations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and test setup issues, implementing solutions to ensure continuous testing operations.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide feedback for product improvement and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Test Engineer or similar role, with expertise in component and system validation.
• Hands-on experience with various testing equipment and data acquisition systems.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, materials, and failure modes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
