Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to aviation operations , performance, and safety metrics.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to identify key trends and anomalies.
• Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to define data requirements and support the development of new analytical tools.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within aviation operations through data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the team's knowledge base and best practices in data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Aviation Management, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the aviation industry .
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.
• Experience with SQL and working with relational databases, as well as familiarity with big data technologies.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and data visualization principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly and concisely.
