Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate avionics systems, including communication, navigation, surveillance, and flight control systems.
• Perform system requirements analysis, architecture design, and interface definition for avionics subsystems.
• Conduct hardware and software integration testing, validation, and verification activities.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA) and industry standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics system issues, providing technical expertise during development and operational phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in the design, integration, and testing of complex avionics systems .
• Strong knowledge of aerospace communication protocols, data buses (e.g., ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553), and software development processes.
• Experience with system modeling and simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration in Cardiff .
