Senior B2B Sales Exec – Construction Tech (Hybrid)

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to drive growth of a tech platform in the construction sector. The role is desk-based with hybrid work (Belfast) and uncapped commission, offering an OTE of £60k–£80k across the first two years.

You’ll engage mid-to-enterprise accounts, conduct executive-level conversations, and tailor demonstrations to client needs while building long-term partnerships and forecasting accuracy.
