Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and related frameworks.
• Manage and optimize database interactions with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, adhering to software engineering best practices .
• Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to define and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development , with a strong focus on Node.js .
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Experience with various database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker).
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
